The Champion Drafter and Champion Cox Poley are built on a carved timber tree with a solid steel gullet and steel side rails. both have the “spring loaded” soft seat featured in all the James Saddles in the Champion range and are traditional hair lined saddles. The under panels have an access slot so hair may be added or removed to custom fit a particular horse. They are built on the century old tradition of Australian made stock saddles and have steel reinforced kneepads. The Cox Poley has a cut away or goose neck style giving the rider a closer contact as well as a saddle with eye appeal.
